EMBODY Ease is a 10-week course merging lifestyle, yoga and easeful living with habit evolution. This is about upgrading your health and your habits in real-time. What, when and how we apply specific practices in our lives is key to shifting who we are and how we feel. When we align with the cycles and seasons of nature, we thrive. When we are out of alignment, we suffer. In an embodied experience of ease, we feel confident, alive and connected. When we align our habits with our deepest desires for health, connectivity and overall vibrancy, it has a ripple effect.  It’s time for each of us to tap into our own innate wellness wisdom and guide ourselves and our families towards greater vibrancy and health. Course Information

We meet weekly for coaching calls over the phone to workshop, learn, plan, reflect, and share obstacles, setbacks and successes from the week relative to the habit of the week, our mindset and life itself. We gain MOMENTUM on these calls. You receive one on one and group coaching. Each week a different habit is presented using habit science and accountability techniques to guide your progress. There are 10 habits. Each of them are grounded in yoga and ayurveda. All calls are recorded for future listening and the creation of your own resource library. By incorporating daily, lifestyle practices, self-inquiry and awareness techniques we change the trajectory of our health and align our lives to greater ease vs disease.

Rachel Peters is a gifted collaborator who is accessible and fluid in her teaching and relationships. As a certified Yoga Health Coach she offers online and local learning opportunities to support women get light in their bodies, clear in their minds and thrive in their lives through lifestyle and habit evolution rooted in yoga and Ayurvedic living. She is the founder of the Easeful Living Community and leads yoga workshops and yoga teacher trainings in the Prescott area. She is dedicated to working with women change the trajectory of their lives in body, mind, and heart in realtime.
