DESCRIPTION:This 10-week Easeful Living online course emphasizes the integration of daily habits\, self care and habit transformation to reduce stress\, anxiety and overwhelm while cultivating ease\, vitality and vibrancy.\nBy exploring the science and research of habit change\, this course offers practices and daily habits to refine over a lifetime.
