DESCRIPTION:Register Here>>\nOne Sunday a month\, we get together on our mats with a playful spirit\, an open heart and an interest in moving our bodies. With the group energy and support we focus on moving towards poses that are hard to get to in a 75-90 minute weekly class. There is lots of instruction\, introduction to modifications\, use of props\, support and lots of fun to be had as we move our bodies with our breath. The long class time allows for a meditation and a long savasana to leave you feeling great and ready for your week. Students should have a strong foundation and an adventurous spirit to participate.
