EMBODY Ease is a 10-week educational and coaching program that guides you through ten key habits for longevity and easeful living. You upgrade your health and your habits in real-time at your own pace. We don’t all grow up or spend time with others who are practicing ideal habits to thrive which can make it hard to make changes that stick. Having a dynamic and supportive group to increase the baseline of your physical, mental, and emotional energy is critical for longterm change.

Course Information

We meet weekly for coaching calls over the phone to workshop, learn, plan, reflect, and share obstacles, setbacks and successes from the week relative to the habit of the week, our mindset and life itself. If you are a Prescott local, there are meet-ups scheduled throughout the course. We gain MOMENTUM each week from connecting around our successes and obstacles. You receive one on one and group laser coaching. Each week a different habit is presented using habit science and accountability techniques to guide your progress. There are 10 habits. All calls are recorded for future listening and the creation of your own resource library.

All programs are open to local and non-local participants. Local participants are invited to three in-person meet-ups in addition to weekly group calls. Join for a year and receive access to four courses, additional 1-1 coaching, retreats, and access to the Easeful Living Community. It’s a journey, enjoy the ride.

Rachel Peters is a mother, wife, teacher, wellness advocate, and lover of wild places. As a certified Yoga Health Coach she offers online and local educational and action-oriented programs for women who are ready to get clear in their minds, light in their bodies and thrive in their lives. She is the founder of the Easeful Living Community and leads yoga workshops and yoga teacher training in the Prescott area. She is dedicated to working with women change the trajectory of their lives in body, mind, and heart in real-time.
