Well, it’s been a bit of a whirlwind around my house lately.

There’s been a lot of travel, guests, family, and all the abundant energy of Spring. It’s been full and a lot of fun and we are acclimating to the longer days. I’ll be honest, it’s been hard, we found ourselves playing in the yard and helping Dan in the garden and then all of a sudden it’s 6:30pm. A month ago we were done with dinner and transitioning to wind down time.

The season transitions require some conscious effort. Our calendars change and even our priorities shift as we align with the season’s rhythm. All of a sudden, there’s so much to do.

Do you ever hear yourself say you don’t have time for the things you want to do? Maybe it’s a bike ride? a new project? Or moving onto another project and not finishing the ones you’ve started?

Spring is such a great time to refocus your energy. Go back to your desires with the new year and rekindle and awaken those deeper desires that had so much life then.

If you find yourself feeling stuck, I have some suggestions:

  1. Take my weeklong I Create Time course.
  2. Join the Spring Rejuvenation Retreat in Prescott.
  3. Download my 3 Day Kitchari Cleanse Guide for a quick reset.
  4. Learn more about the Embody Ease Journey and unapologetically embody your potential.

Here’s my plan to dissolve any stuckness from winter:

My boys and I will initiate our Spring family cleanse with the design process. We are going to have a family meeting to design the three week experience to fit our personal needs and desires. If we do it like this, we can all support eachother when it gets hard. It will give us each an opportunity to share what our vision is and why this will be important for them. Miles is almost 5yo so he’s got a mind of his own and we love to involve him in our family plans.

Do you have family meetings at your house?

Let me know. I’d love to hear about them,
