True confessions.

Self-love has been a long journey for me.

After a dysfunctional high school relationship, my self-confidence eroded and I quickly learned to build up walls around trust and intimacy with others, determined to go through college without being hurt or objectified by others.

I would become self-sufficient and AVOID holidays like Valentine’s judging hallmark for its ridiculousness.

On the outside, I had it all together – I was athletic, smart, lots of friends got awards for my research and contributions in my field of study and on the inside, I was miserable.

As a result, I started to believe I was “not good enough,” “not pretty enough,” “not skinny enough,” for love.

It was deteriorating my very being. I overate, overdrank, and numbed myself from myself. I was living out of integrity with what I really desired in my life.

Then I found yoga + Ayurvedic living and it’s no longer my story. This is no longer my life or my belief.

The habits of the yogis were the gateway for me.

The 10 habits I teach in Embody Ease were the portal for me into a deeper relationship with myself for myself.

Meditation quickly became the keystone habit that connected me with who I am at my core and led me down a path of self-love, acceptance and inner ease. It didn’t come from a mirror, the best backbend, oodles of friends by my side, or an overscheduled calendar. It came from sitting with myself no matter what.

“You are the company you keep, so keep good company.”

Meditation is the number one habit most people I know struggle with, avoid, and simultaneously desire most. It is one of the most popular and challenging habits Embody Ease course members are up against. The truth is, for me, if I hadn’t found meditation I would still be struggling. What it has offered me is a kind of inner peace, ease, and joy that didn’t come for free.

Meditation is one of 10 habits you’ll get really good by 2021.

It would take me years to form new beliefs and patterns that were expansive in nature and yoga, meditation and Ayurvedic habits have clearly been the foundation of my healing journey.

This is why I’m making this offer on Valentine’s Day.

If you (or someone you know) sign up for a phone conversation with me before the end of the day on Valentine’s day and chooses to join Embody Ease you/they will receive a MAJOR self-love discount and bonuses specific to this theme of self-love (value: $500).

It wasn’t until I found yoga and Ayurveda, that I found myself. My guess is if you or someone you know is ready to fall in love with themselves and their life, talk with me. I promise you will get something out of it.

I am here to share these habits and guide you on a journey to a deeper and more authentic relationship with yourself, your time, and your energy because I know what it’s like on both sides. You deserve to feel more YOU.

It really does work, if you are willing to invest in yourself.
